Junior HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• talent sourcing and working with modern tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or CRM
• managing job ads, actively searching for candidates, conducting interviews
• communicating with candidates and building relationships
• telephone pre-screening and face-to-face interviews
• working with CVs and coordinating the recruitment process
• cooperating with marketing and internal team leaders
• onboarding and supporting new colleagues

• reliability and good time management
