Senior Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities

• actively approaching potential candidates, acquisition (searching, contacting, acquiring)
• identifying target candidates via LinkedIn
• CV pre-selection
• processing client requests
• communicating and building relationships with the target group of candidates
• regular reporting
• telephone pre-screening
• cooperation with the marketing and sales departments

Requirements

• excellent communication and time management skills

• focus on results and quality
• English min. B2
